Meet Danielle

Danielle is a nonprofit executive, activist, recovery policy leader, and nationally recognized advocate advancing inclusive systems change at the intersection of social justice and behavioral health. Her work focuses on expanding access to affirming, equitable care for LGBTQ+ communities and other marginalized populations, particularly those navigating substance use disorders, housing instability, and complex trauma.

She is a nationally recognized trainer, educator, keynote speaker, writer, and consultant who has partnered with national and government agencies including SAMHSA, Faces & Voices of Recovery, and the Center for Addiction Recovery Support. Her expertise centers on inclusive recovery culture development, peer-led systems, behavioral health equity, technical assistance, and advancing rights-based approaches within community care settings.

Danielle brings nearly a decade of nonprofit leadership, public advocacy, training, and communications experience to organizations seeking practical support, strategic direction, and thoughtful implementation. She helps organizations move forward with greater clarity, stronger infrastructure, and a deeper commitment to inclusion and belonging.
